Once your order has been placed, please allow between 1-5 business days for processing and an additional 5-7 business days for shipping.

You have 14 days from the time your order was delivered to request a return.

If an item didn't work out and you wish to return it, please send us an email to info@forteleathergoods.com to inquire about your return. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return or store credit. Once we receive the item back, our team will assess it to ensure it meets the return requirements, then we will proceed in issuing the refund or store credit.

Please understand that our products are each meticulously hand-crafted from fine Italian leather so we will not accept any return of an item that shows signs of use and/or damage.

All returns must be requested within 10 days of your order arrival date for a refund or store credit. Domestic returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived. 

Final Sale

Any product purchased under the sale tab of our website is final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Items ordered with a form of customization are also final sale. This refers to any item that has been made with monogram Initials/name or press stamping.

Additionally, any custom designs made by us per specific request are final sale.
