Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please send us an email request to Info@forteatelier.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Depending on the volume of orders at hand during the time your order is placed it's possible we may get started on it within 24 hours of the order being placed, so please let us know if you wish to cancel as soon as possible.
